As Managing Director and Co-founder of ThynkHIVE and ThynkHIVE.io, Manoj brings regional expertise and leadership to our organisation. With a deep understanding of diverse markets across Australasia, the Middle East, and Africa (AMEA), Manoj’s expertise spans an impressive range of sectors, from Government and Private Industries of all sizes to Agriculture, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction, Professional Services, and beyond. His commitment to innovation and steadfast focus on client success have been instrumental in shaping ThynkHIVE’s strategic direction and continued growth. Manoj’s passion for empowering startups, embracing emerging technologies, driving digital asset and currency strategies, and delivering transformative solutions is the reason for the company’s successes and achievements, going from strength to strength.

Ben Safi
As Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of ThynkHIVE.io, Ben brings over three decades of experience in the technology sector. A certified Computer Science and Electrical Engineer, he has an extensive background in complex wiring solutions, renewable power generation and consumption, artificial intelligence, digital currency and trading solutions, MF applications, systems administration, cyber security, and the full spectrum of IT and electrical complexities—including remote automation. With over 13,000 hours of Bitcoin mining research and testing, he has pioneered a range of cooling methodologies, from air-cooled, A/C, GPU, water-cooled, dry cooler, and transformer cooling, through to the cutting-edge evolution of immersion cooling technology. A highly skilled NSW-certified Electrical and A/C Engineer, he leads turnkey commercial projects for customised BTC mining systems, scaling from 25kW to 10MW farms.
Moreover, Ben excels in software and firmware engineering, creating bespoke programs to maximise mining revenues and reduce power operating costs. He is also the architect behind ThynkHIVE partner 100% cloud-based remote management platform, designed for continuous 24/7 monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Through his expertise, ThynkHIVE remains at the forefront of innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions for the cryptocurrency mining industry.
